So that we may properly process the bid, when requesting or responding via email, please include the following information, as described:

1. In the subject line:

  • project name
  • project number

2. In the body of the email:

  • indicate whether the job is a private or public works project
  • indicate the owner(s)
  • indicate the lender (if applicable)
  • list any other pertinent details necessary to solicit or respond to the bid
